Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Noble Trek website (noble-trek.org) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Description of Services

Noble Trek provides culinary education services, including but not limited to:

• Private cooking classes
• Group cooking workshops
• Corporate team building events
• Menu planning consultations
• Meal preparation coaching

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Booking and Payment

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Noble Trek via email.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by You

• More than 7 days before: Full refund
• 3-7 days before: One free reschedule OR 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before: No refund, one reschedule permitted subject to availability and $50 AUD admin fee
• No-show: No refund

Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, venue issues), we will offer you either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. One free reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee.

Conduct and Safety

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions before the class
• Wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes
• Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
• Treat staff, instructors, and other participants with respect
• Not attend if experiencing symptoms of contagious illness

Safety

Cooking involves inherent risks including exposure to heat, sharp objects, and potential allergens. Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and agree to follow all safety guidelines. Noble Trek maintains appropriate insurance coverage but is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

Alcohol Policy

Some of our workshops include wine or other alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is served responsibly and only to participants over 18 years of age. Noble Trek reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and recipes, is the property of Noble Trek or our content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Recipes and techniques learned in our classes may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Photography and Media

Noble Trek may photograph or video record classes and events for promotional purposes. By participating in our services, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials unless you notify us in writing before the session that you do not wish to be photographed.

Personal photography during classes is permitted for your own use. Commercial use of photos or videos taken during our sessions requires written permission.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
• Vouchers are transferable
• If the chosen experience exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at booking

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noble Trek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Trek, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
